Was stationed at pakistani cuisine. My duties included learning and executing recipes according to chef de partie's instruction. I was also assigned to check and place labels on food stored and to ensure cleanliness of pakistani work station. My job further included refilling fo buffet items and supervising food quantity at times of rush hours.
